Here’s a quick guide to get your Shootsta videos shared on your chosen platform.

Publishing to Brightcove, Viostream, HubSpot, Wistia and Vidyard

Step 1: Connect your host account with your Shootsta Hub account

To enable publishing to Brightcove, Viostream, HubSpot, Wistia and Vidyard, you will need to connect each of your hosting accounts, with your Hub account.

Login into your Shootsta Hub account, select the hamburger menu on the top right and select the Integrations tab on the right. *You must be a client admin role to see integrations.

Here you will see all the available publishing integrations options for your account.

To add a platform, add the account ID or API from each individual platform. An account ID or API can usually be found in account settings of your hosting platform and will look like this;

Step 2: Publish your video

Once your hosting platforms are set up in the Hub you can publish your Shootsta videos to your nominated platforms.  First, click onto your completed project.

If the integration is set up correctly you see  the “publish to” drop down button underneath the video player on the right.

 Select the platform you want to publish your video too from the dropdown menu.

The video will be uploaded to your chosen platform with the default upload settings for your platform account. Make sure to double check these once the upload is complete as you wont be notified automatically.

Publishing to Vimeo and Youtube

To publish to Youtube and Vimeo, you can login directly from the Shootsta Hub.

Select either Vimeo or Youtube from the drop down menu, positioned under the video player.  You will then be directed to log in to either your Youtube, or Vimeo account for upload.
