Depending on your Shootsta subscription package we'll send you back your edited video in 24 or 48 hours. To get your video back within our promised 24 or 48 hour turnaround time, there are a few criteria. Check out this article for more information.

Where to find your package turnaround time

Log in to the Shootsta Hub and go to the ‘VIDEOS' page. At the top of the page you can see your company’s subscription details and your video turnaround time. For example;

Where to find the expected time of completion for a particular video

Log in to the Shootsta Hub and go to the 'editing in progress' section on the ‘VIDEOS' page. Click on your video project. At the top of the page you can see your expected time of completion. For example;

When can I expect my video back when its status is 'on hold'?

When your video's status is set 'on hold', it probably means your editor needs some more information before we can progress with the edit. For more information check out our article on Why is my video project on hold?.

What happens over the weekend? 

Great question! On the weekend our Editing Team enjoys their well-deserved time off. So, every Friday at 23:59 AEST time we pause the count down on the 'Hours to go' for 48 hours until Sunday 23:59 AEST time.

Need your video sooner than 24 or 48 hours?

You can request Rush Edits. Rush Edits are Video Add-ons or additional services you can ‘add on’ to your Shootsta Video.
