How to download your video

It is really straightforward to download your final completed video in Shootsta.

1. Open the Completed Project.

2. When you click the download option in the video player, the option for downloading original quality, high resolution, or low resolution files will be listed.

3. If you requested .SRT Captions as an Add-on, they will visible in this download menu as well.

3. Select the file you wish to download and you are good to go!

** If your video project is still in progress, you will still be able to download the low resolution version. Once you approve and complete a project, then the original quality, high resolution, and .SRT Captions will be available.
