My Elevate video is stuck uploading. What should I do?

Elevate is an AI driven app designed to lift your videos to the next level at scale. The power of AI technology requires an active internet or data connection to operate.

If your Elevate video gets stuck uploading:

1) Check your internet or data connection.

2) Elevate will generate a success confirmation once a video has uploaded.

3) Re-trigger the upload by tapping on the video that is stuck uploading.

4) If the upload is successful, the video will convert to 'processing'.

**To Note** Refrain from minimising the Elevate application window during this process.
