How to Pair the RODE Wireless GO
How to pair the Rode Wireless GO mics from the Legacy Mini Kit 3 or Legacy Kit 3 in case they ever become unpaired.
By default, the RODE Wireless GO microphone system comes paired so that you are ready to record audio. However, we have found that occasionally the receiver (RX) and transmitter (TX) can become unpaired.
This is very easy to resolve. Let's jump in.
Step 1: Turn on the transmitter and receiver.
If the screen on the receiver displays both the RX and TX icons, then your job is already done. However, if you notice that only the RX appears and not the TX, then it’s time to move to step number 2.
Step 2: Hold down the sync button on the receiver.
This is the button on the right side of the receiver (RX). It has a chain link or sync icon next to it. Hold it down until you see the Wifi icon flashing.
Step 3: Press the power button on your transmitter.
Within a second or two, your transmitter and receiver will pair.
