Managing your credits in Shootsta Pro
How will I know I reached my monthly video allocation?
Shootsta is a subscription service. Each Pro Video Project will use Shootsta credits to submit and create videos. Your workspace or team will have a credit allocation available, and visible anytime by clicking the 'credits remaining' dropdown box in the top right in of the Pro page.
What can I do if I am out of credits?
If your workspace is out of credits, new Pro projects won't be able to be created and existing projects in Draft won't be able to be submitted for their first cut. If you click the 'credits remaining' dropdown menu you can select the 'Top Up Now' button, this will connect you with our Shootsta Support Team who can assist you in purchasing additional credits for your credit bank.
