My Elevate video is stuck in processing. What should I do?

A refresh can go a long way in getting your video out of a forever processing state.

To refresh:

1) Please ensure that you are on the latest version of Elevate and have a stable internet connection.

2) Tap on the 'home' icon or drag down on the video list to refresh the data.

Of Note:

During high peak periods, Elevate videos may take an additional 10mins or more to complete processing.
