Equipment Ownership

All equipment sold to you by Shootsta as part of the services provided under our Agreement remains the property of the customer. This means you have full ownership and responsibility for the equipment once purchased.

Warranty Claims

All warranty claims for equipment are governed by the individual manufacturer’s policies. Each piece of equipment comes with its own warranty terms provided by the manufacturer. It’s important to refer to the specific warranty information provided with your equipment to understand the coverage, duration, and terms.

Shootsta's Role in Warranty Claims

Shootsta is not liable for any damage or faulty items. However, we are committed to supporting our clients to the best of our ability. If you encounter any issues with your equipment, we will direct you to the appropriate after-sales support channel. This may include connecting you with the equipment's direct supplier or manufacturer for further assistance.

For general support regarding any equipment purchased through Shootsta, our Professional Services team is available to assist you. We offer support through various virtual means to ensure you receive timely and effective help. Whether you need technical guidance, troubleshooting, or general inquiries, our team is here to support you.

To Make a Warranty Claim

Reach out to Live Chat with the issue: On both our website and inside the Shootsta Platform you can find Live Chat on the bottom left hand side of the page. Let us know your issue. If we can troubleshoot it we will otherwise we will get you in contact to the appropriate after-sales support channel to get the issue resolved.

All equipment will have a manufacturing warranty for manufacturing fault - this will be determined by the after-sales support. 

Please note any physical damage, water damage or lost items will not fall under warranty.
