Who is the 'Project Owner'?
A 'project owner' is the person who owns and can manage (create, submit and request changes) to a video project in Shootsta.
The project owner is also our point of contact for that project. The project owner receives email notifications about its progress and is the person we reach out to if we need to clarification on the project.
How many Project Owners can there be per Project?
Everyone in your company with an active Shootsta login can track video projects in Shootsta, but there can only be one project owner at a time for each project. You can collaborate with other active users on your project.
What can my colleagues see?
Everyone in your company with an active Shootsta login can view all public projects sitting in Shootsta, but you'll be the only one who can edit your own projects unless others have been added to your project as an appropriate collaborator. If you mark your project as Private then only yourself, collaborators and workspace Admins will be able to see your project.
